BOPA?FILM
Biaxially oriented polyamide film referred to as BOPA film, the main raw material is polycaprolactam, referred to as nylon 6 or PA6, which is melted, extruded and casted by special equipment, and then stretched longitudinally and transversely into film.
Excellent printability (simultaneous products are more suitable for multi-color, high-speed printing);
Outstanding tensile strength, impact strength and puncture resistance;
Excellent barrier to gas and odor;
Chemical resistance to grease, carbon and oxygen compounds;
Ability to be applied in a particularly wide range of the temperature (-60°C to 150°C), especially for frozen packaging, vacuum packaging and retort packaging (simultaneous products are more suitable for high-temperature retort packaging);
Good transparency and gloss.

We have several independent researched and developed (DHB) simultaneous BOPA thin film production lines and two sequential BOPA thin film production lines. Our mechanical simultaneous technology innovation is in an advantageous place within the industry. The annual production capacity of the BOPA film is nearly 35,000 tons with its products widely applied in industry, agriculture, food preservation, pharmaceutical packaging as well as electronics industry packaging.
